1st. Work Ethic. I take pride in my ability to frankly about what products or services will serve you best.
2nd. Determination. I'm not a fan of people saying something is impossible; it's probably just extremely expensive or time-consuming. I also never desire to cut corners or skimp on quality unless that is what you, as the client, desire.
3rd. Timely. I'm a fanatic about being punctual and I will estimate to the best of my abilities when a project will be completed. Of course the bigger the project the harder that can become and that is something I want my clients to understand.
4th. Value. I want my customers to get the best return on their investment. I'm very aware of how most businesses need what extra cash they have to keep other ideas afloat so I try to only use technologies that result in the highest ROI. Sorry Microsoft, open source rules in this company.
5th. Support. If a product or application isn't easy to support or is easily prone to failure I won't recommend it. Sometimes this means spending a little more on hardware or a particular service. And, if I have developed something for you and missed a bug, this is always my highest priority to resolve.
6th. Community. I plan to be an active member in Holyoke's future. Currently you can join the "Trash Bash" on Wednesday night at 6pm. Check www.cleanupholyoke.org for details. I'm also working towards training young non-college bound students for IT careers with Techiemon.
